Content policy
Oasis Studio can change faces, people, clothes and places in video. That's powerful, so these rules apply to everything you make.
The consent rule
Only use someone's face, body or voice if they have agreed to it. That includes the people in your clip and the people in your reference photos. Using your own face, people who have given you permission, or characters you created on Oasis Studio is fine.
Never allowed
- Anything involving minors. No one under 18 may appear in uploads or results, in any context. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
- Sexual or nude content of real people, including "undressing" anyone or putting someone's face on sexual content.
- Deceiving people: fake news, fake statements or endorsements by real people, fake evidence, or content meant to make people believe something false happened.
- Fraud and scams: impersonating someone to get money, access or information, including fake video calls or identity checks.
- Election content that impersonates candidates or officials, or misleads people about voting.
- Harassment, bullying or humiliation of real people, including revenge content.
- Hate, violent extremism, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Anything else that's illegal where you live or where you post it.
Be careful with
- Public figures: clear parody and commentary may be acceptable where the law allows, but never in a way people could mistake for real.
- Brands and logos: don't make content that suggests a company endorses something when it doesn't.
- Sharing: label AI-made content where the platform requires it, and never claim it's real footage.
What happens if rules are broken
We may block a job, remove content, and suspend or close the account, without a refund of credits. Serious cases, and anything involving a child, are reported to the authorities.
Report misuse
If you see Oasis Studio content that breaks these rules, or your face was used without your permission, tell us here. We review every report.
