Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the display name you choose.
• Your content: the videos and photos you upload, your prompts and descriptions, and the results you make.
• Payments: which credit pack you bought, the amount and whether it was paid. Card details are handled by Whop; we never see or store them.
• Usage: your credit balance and history, the jobs you run, and basic technical logs used to keep the service working and secure.
• Sign-up network: when you create an account we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from the internet address you signed up from, never the address itself. We use it only to spot many accounts made in one place to collect free credits.

How we use it

• To run the jobs you ask for and show you the results.
• To manage your account, credits and payments.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our terms and content policy, and respond to reports.
• To fix problems and improve Oasis Studio.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your uploads to train our own AI models.

Who processes it for us

• fal.ai runs the AI models. Your uploads and prompts are sent to it to make each result.
• Supabase handles sign-in and stores account and job records.
• Cloudflare stores uploaded and generated files.
• Whop processes payments.
• Vercel hosts the website.

These providers may store data outside your country. We only share what each needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, uploads and results while your account is open, so you can come back to them. You can delete productions, characters and individual pictures yourself. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your files and personal details, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. These rights come from the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, if you live there, laws such as the GDPR in the UK and EU. Email tobenna.ozim@outlook.com to make a request.

Children

Oasis Studio is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you on the site or by email.
