Terms of use

1. Who can use Oasis Studio

You must be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for your account and for everything made with it, so keep your login secure.

2. Credits and payments

• Swaps, pictures, videos and Cinema shots are paid for with credits. The price of each is shown before you start it.
• Credits are bought through our payment partner, Whop. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a job fails for a technical reason (for example the AI model errors, produces nothing, or takes over an hour), its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits spent on a job that finished are not refunded, including when the result isn't what you hoped for. AI results vary, so we show the cost, a summary of what will happen, and tips before every job, so you can decide before you spend.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Credits you've already bought keep working.
• This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

3. Your content

• You keep whatever rights you have in the videos and photos you upload and in the results you make.
• You allow us, and the service providers we use, to store and process your content only to run Oasis Studio for you.
• You must have the right to use everything you upload, and the permission of every person whose face, body or voice appears in it. You confirm this each time you start a swap.

4. What you can't do

You must follow our content policy. In short: no sexual content involving real people, nothing involving minors, no impersonating or deceiving people, no harassment, fraud or illegal content.

5. AI results

Results are made by AI models and can be inaccurate, inconsistent or different from what you asked for. Don't rely on them for anything where accuracy matters, and don't present them as real footage in a way that could mislead people. Label AI content where the platform you post on requires it.

6. Suspending accounts and removing content

We may remove content, stop jobs, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the content policy, or that put people at risk. Where the law requires it, or a child may be at risk, we may report content to the authorities and share the information we hold with them.

7. Services we rely on

Oasis Studio uses other companies to work: AI models through fal.ai, payments through Whop, sign-in and data through Supabase, file storage through Cloudflare and hosting through Vercel. If one of them has an outage, parts of Oasis Studio may stop working for a while.

8. Our responsibility

Oasis Studio is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

9. Changes and the law that applies

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
